Job summary

The Guest Services Coordinator role at Brobston Group supports an elevated in-store client experience through hospitality, customer service, and coordination with store teams. You will build client relationships, provide product and store information, and support sales and store operations.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, assisting with shopping needs, coordinating product requests and deliveries, and helping with store opening/closing, transactions, and events.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant work experience preferred; computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist with shopping needs, including hospitality, concierge services, and connections to sales professionals.
• Build client relationships and facilitate sales through phone calls and electronic communications.
• Share product knowledge and availability, and coordinate product requests, transfers, deliveries, and alterations.
• Support store opening and closing, register transactions, merchandise replenishment, and upkeep of sales floors and fitting rooms.
• Assist with celebrity dressing, promotional mailings, marketing and public relations events, and other store initiatives.
