Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to create a welcoming boutique experience, coordinating appointments, hospitality, and client engagement. You will support the sales team during visits and help with daily boutique operations.

Candidates should have hospitality experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative team setting. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience; luxury retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office experience required and SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Additional language skills are a plus, and availability to work retail hours, including weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, anticipate their needs, and deliver attentive hospitality throughout each visit.
• Support sales presentations with product, accessories, gift wrapping, and client data capture.
• Coordinate appointments, manage boutique traffic, and handle telephone and email inquiries.
• Maintain client records and assist with CRM data input and reporting.
• Support boutique events, hospitality supplies, inventory counts, product movement, and opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain boutique presentation standards and develop knowledge of the Maison's heritage and values.
