Job summary

You will handle inquiries, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and support guests throughout their stay, ensuring a positive experience and adherence to brand standards.

Strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential, as is a professional appearance and teamwork with hotel staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College course work in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must be able to deliver outstanding customer service to guests.
• Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk in accordance with Avion Hospitality standards.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Maintain the telephone switchboard and respond to guest inquiries.
• Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
• Maintain good communications and teamwork with colleagues and other departments.
• Ensure awareness of rates, packages, and promotions and assist with reservations.
