The role requires handling front desk operations, answering questions, and coordinating with departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer services experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk.
• Maintain PBX console operation and hotel standards.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Process room reservations and rate quotations.
• Balance and prepare shift closing paperwork.
• Assist guests with packages, mail and messages.
• Maintain promotions and guest programs.
• Ensure a clean, organized work area.
