Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Miami Beach to deliver attentive and courteous service at check-in, during the stay, and at checkout. You will assist guests, answer questions, and help with reservations while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a presentable, guest-focused demeanor. This is an on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer services experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk.
• Maintain PBX console operation and hotel standards.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a courteous manner.
• Know current rates, packages and promotions in the system.
• Assist guests with reservations and rate quoting.
• Ensure confidentiality and professional communication.
