Job summary

Highgate is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador for our Las Vegas property to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting Front Office operations. You will manage check-ins/check-outs, room inventory, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest journey.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Marriott systems knowledge is a plus for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of hospitality or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Marriott systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner and handle check-ins/outs.
• Review arrivals, assignments, and occupancy to ensure room readiness.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments for seamless service.
• Maintain guest folios, assist with upselling, and balance occupancy when needed.
• Document guest interactions and service recovery efforts accurately.
• Operate front desk systems (Opera PMS, Marriott tools) proficiently.
