Job summary

Signature Aviation in Key West, FL seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly greet guests and crew, coordinate services, and ensure every visit is smooth, comfortable, and memorable in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven setting.

This role requires flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to operate indoors or outdoors near aircraft. You will collaborate with teams, handle guest inquiries, arrange hotel stays, transport, and concierge services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service/retail/hospitality preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews and escort them to entrances or to vehicles.
• Collaborate with teams to handle services in a professional and courteous manner and transfer information accurately.
• Receive, process guest purchases and fuel transactions; assist with basic accounting tasks as needed.
• Provide concierge services including hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and appointments.
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve requests and billing disputes efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities, services, and local information.
