Signature Aviation in Wichita, KS seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crew, coordinate services, and deliver thoughtful, high-end hospitality in a dynamic environment.

You will work varied shifts, assist with concierge requests, monitor flights, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences. The role involves both indoor and outdoor duties near aircraft and ground equipment.

Qualifications

• Customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport badge requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and crews and escort them to entrances or aircraft.
• Coordinate services with teams and external parties to ensure timely handling.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures.
• Provide concierge services including hotel, transportation, catering, and reservations.
• Manage inquiries, resolve requests, and handle billing disputes.
• Monitor flights and coordinate with Airside Experience Team to ensure amenities.
