Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to greet guests and crew, coordinating services with the Airside Experience Team and other departments. The role emphasizes professionalism, care, and delivering memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with duties performed both indoors and near aircraft environments. Excellent guest service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; hospitality experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass background checks.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and crews warmly and escort them to entrances, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure prompt, professional service.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions; assist with general accounting tasks as needed.
• Provide concierge services: hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and etc.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain calm under pressure.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature Aviation facilities, services, and local area.
