Signature Aviation is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crew, delivering thoughtful service in a fast-paced aviation environment.

You will coordinate concierge services, handle guest inquiries, process transactions, and help ensure a smooth, memorable visit while upholding Signature’s high standards.

This role requires flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may operate indoors and outdoors near aircraft and ground service equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year in customer experience within retail, hospitality, or sales.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass airport background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and crews warmly and escort to entrances or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team to ensure services are handled professionally.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures.
• Provide concierge services including reservations and transportation.
• Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain guest records.
• Monitor flights and coordinate services with the Airside Experience Team.
