Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews, escorting them to the front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure services are handled promptly and professionally.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions according to company procedures; assist with basic accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services including hotel, transportation, catering, and customs appointments.
• Respond to guest inquiries, resolve requests, and address concerns efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature’s facilities, services, and local surroundings.
• Coordinate with the Airside Experience Team to ensure timely service delivery and aircraft amenities.
• Assist with luggage and transportation for crews and guests as required.
• Identify crewmembers, passengers, visitors, and vendors per security procedures.

Education

1 year customer experience

Valid driver’s license

18+ years old

Airport background checks compliance

Authorized to work in the jurisdiction
