Job summary

Best-Western-Plus-St.-Simons is seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and handle check-ins and check-outs. You will be the hotel liaison, offering local recommendations and ensuring guest safety throughout their stay.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of customer-facing experience, strong English communication, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required. Knowledge of front desk operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Answer telephone, make reservations, check guests in, check guests out.
• Act as hotel concierge for guests.
• Act as communication hub for hotel and guest liaison with other departments.
• Knowledge of the local area to provide recommendations to guests.
• Understand and follow all safety procedures.
• Understand and follow all Guest Services operating procedures.
• Process new reservations, edits and cancellations within company policies and franchise guidelines.
• Follow and enforce key control policy for guests and associates.
