Job summary

Home2 Suites by Hilton Jekyll Island is seeking a friendly Front Desk Guest Services Associate to provide outstanding service to guests from check-in to check-out. You will handle reservations, answer calls, offer area recommendations, and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a memorable stay.

Prior customer-facing experience and good English communication are required; weekend and holiday availability is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of customer facing experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Answer telephone, make reservations, check guests in, check guests out.
• Act as hotel concierge for guests and liaison with other departments.
• Provide knowledge of local area to offer recommendations to guests.
• Follow safety procedures and operating procedures.
