Job summary

The Westin at Frenchman's Reef in St. Thomas is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.

You will collaborate with other departments, assist with local recommendations, handle cash and credit transactions, and ensure a seamless guest experience with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or guest services experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
