Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in hotel operations and customer service.
• Able to handle billing with basic math skills.
• Clear English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with telephone etiquette.
• Host and welcome guests with a warm, sincere demeanor.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, folios, invoicing, and billing.
• Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate with department leaders to personalize guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest account records and knowledge of hotel services.
