Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in a hotel operations environment.
• Minimum two years in customer service.
• Strong English reading/writing; basic math for billing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Host and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, folios, invoicing and billing.
• Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and recover service gaps.
• Coordinate with department leaders to personalize the guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest account records and knowledge of hotel services.
