Responsibilities

• Guest service: greet guests, process check-ins/outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Financial results: maximize room revenue, monitor availability, up-sell rooms and amenities, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Self/workload management: plan, organize, prioritize tasks and attend required meetings.
• Safety/risk management: maintain a clean, safe area and follow emergency procedures.
