You will contribute to the group’s high standards of service across its hotels, including local properties and outlets. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1+ year of guest service experience, with strong communication and a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing and create reservations.
• Assist guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, timely manner.
• Know hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation of outlets and services.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow guest service recovery procedures.
