Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Post charges to guest bills accurately.
• Check guests in and out of cabins per procedures.
• Promote activities and events at the facilities.
• Provide accurate information about cabins and surrounding area.
• Answer guest questions and provide directions.
• Account for cash, checks and credit card receipts.
• Handle folios and supporting paperwork.
• Activate emergency procedures when needed (fire, weather, medical).
• Assist with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
• Answer the phone promptly and route calls appropriately.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
