Job summary

Pinetop Country Club in Pinetop, AZ is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service in a hospitality setting. The successful candidate will warmly assist guests, handle calls at the guest service desk, and coordinate dining reservations, flowers, wine, and other special arrangements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Assists guests with questions and concerns, offers suggestions and solutions.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Assists guests with questions and concerns, makes suggestions and identifies possible solutions.

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Concierge:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
