This role emphasizes premium hospitality, customer care, and a high-touch service experience with opportunities for year-round shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, guest relations or similar high-touch roles.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve needs through empathy.
• Experience in hospitality, retail service, or guest-relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and set a welcoming, professional tone.
• Listen to understand each customer's concerns and needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or TurboTax expert.
• Accompany customers through the full experience with clear and personal touchpoints.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Follow up to ensure questions are resolved.
