Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and set a welcoming, professional tone.
• Listen attentively to understand customers' situations and needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or expert within TurboTax network.
• Accompany customers from arrival to hand-off with a personal, clear touchpoint.
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and remove obstacles to a smooth experience.
• Follow up to ensure customers received needed support and questions were answered.
