Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Estes Park, CO, to warmly welcome guests and deliver outstanding service from check-in to checkout.

You will assist with reservations, provide room rate quotes, and share information about the resort and local attractions with a friendly, can-do attitude. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, basic math and cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate basic front-desk systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
• Assist guests through registration and checkout processes; issue keys; manage reservations.
• Provide accurate room rate quotes and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures; balance cash receipts.
• Ensure guest folios reflect accurate charges and credits; assist with special requests.
