Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registrations, and provide information on the resort and local attractions. You will handle cash/card transactions, verify charges, and help guests with reservations.

The role requires strong English communication, eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Benefits accompany a full‑time schedule at our Colorado resort.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English; read and write.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilities.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify charges and credits in guest folios.
• Prepare late arrival packets with lock box codes for after-hours arrivals.
