Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In and Check-Out: greet guests, process check-ins, and provide room keys; ensure smooth departure experience.
• Reservations: manage bookings over phone, online, or in person; confirm accurately and timely.
• Customer Service: address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Room Assignments: assign rooms based on preferences and availability; ensure correct type and rate.
• Payments and Billing: handle guest payments, process credit cards, maintain accurate records.
• Key Control: maintain secure handling of room keys and issuance.
• Safety and Security: monitor hotel security and respond to emergencies.
• Luggage Assistance: help guests with luggage and provide guidance on parking and services.
• Concierge Services: arrange transportation and restaurant reservations; share local events.
• Front Desk Operations: keep desk organized; manage filing, faxing, and emails.
• Cash Handling: balance cash drawer; complete daily reports and receipts.
