Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to utilize basic office machines and telephone; 45 WPM typing; 10-key experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate with guests and staff in English.
• Knowledge of hotel key system and basic computer inputs.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and stand for long periods.
• Detail oriented with multitasking ability and cash handling experience.
• Ability to operate hotel systems: LMS, CMS, Hot Sauce/Espresso.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a friendly check-in and check-out experience.
• Sell rooms using excellent customer service and yield management.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints regarding hotel services and events.
• Complete registration forms and input data into computer systems.
• Retrieve and distribute room keys and print hotel bills.
• Balance transactions at end of shift and handle payments.
• Coordinate with Executive Hosts regarding hotel stays.
• Operate and report using necessary hotel systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
