Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations is required.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition and warm service.
• Reviews arrival lists and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check-in before arrival.
• Answer the telephone promptly and assist or transfer inquiries.
• Maintain cash bank and perform cash drops per cash handling procedures.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data securely and confidentially.
• Follow check-in/out procedures and collect IDs and payments as required.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
