Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our service‑oriented team. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth check‑in experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• One year front desk experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of hotel front desk operations and procedures.
• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and assist in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phone within three rings with a smile and answer questions or transfer as needed.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data following proper procedures.
• Gather identification documents and payment forms at check-in.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
