Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team in a role focused on hospitality excellence at the front desk. You will greet guests, assist with arrivals, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out while protecting guest information.

The position emphasizes personal recognition, effective communication, and a commitment to a high standard of guest service withinour growing portfolio of hotels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and transfer as needed.
• Handle cash responsibly, perform cash drops, and document discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow privacy procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures and collect IDs and payment.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
