You will handle check-ins and check-outs, assist guests with reservations, and respond to requests while upholding the company’s high service standards. The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment. Previous hospitality experience is preferred and you will contribute to an outstanding guest experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Provide knowledge about hotel property, local attractions, and outlets/services.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guests' needs and uphold service standards.
• Follow guest service recovery programs and safety procedures.
