The role includes supervision on duty, participation in hiring, coaching, and creating an inclusive, high-energy environment. Shifts vary and you should be flexible for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet guest and business needs.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Give direct feedback and recognition to team members to support development.
