Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to provide exceptional guest experience
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when needed
• Oversee store readiness, open/close procedures, and daily tasks
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to hit sales targets
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members
• Create an inclusive, collaborative environment for the team
