Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring for a Store Team Member in Hamilton, OH. You will assist customers, process fast and friendly checkouts, and support in-store operations including stocking, returns, and framing services.

Responsibilities include helping customers, enrolling them in rewards programs, supporting BOPIS/SFS processes, and maintaining store cleanliness and compliance with SOPs. Weekend work and physical activity are needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery, merchandise returns, and in-stock conditions.
• Support store safety and shrink programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; be a role model for others.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
