Michaels Stores is hiring for a team member in Cincinnati, OH. You will assist customers, guide product searches, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and planogram compliance while promoting the Rewards program and private label financing. The role includes omnichannel support like BOPIS/SFS and maintaining store recovery standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go backs and store recovery.
