Job summary

Michaels CIN-EASTGATE in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a store team member to help customers, ring up purchases, and keep shelves stocked. You will guide shoppers to products and enroll customers into rewards programs while ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms; supporting omnichannel processes; and keeping the store in stock, clean, and well-merchandised. Evening/weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and Ship From Store
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain merchandise and store recovery to ensure in-stock conditions
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact professionally with customers
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
