Job summary

Michaels Stores in Cincinnati, OH is seeking team members to help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions, while delivering a fast and friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

You may also engage in Omni channel tasks such as BOPIS and SFS, and support shrink and safety programs as part of a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
