Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Service Team Member in Hamilton, OH to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, stock shelves, and participate in planogram (POG) and store recovery processes to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock. This position offers weekend/evening shifts and base pay of $11.00–$13.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and provide product recommendations.
• Operate cash register and ensure accurate checkout.
• Unload trucks and stock shelves.
• Maintain planograms and in-stock shelves.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
• Promote rewards program enrollments.
