Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality or front desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests with professionalism.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Answer guest questions about amenities and local attractions.
• Process reservations, payments, and room assignments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms for arrival.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Provide concierge recommendations for dining, entertainment, and transport.
• Follow hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
