Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our Lebanon team. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and communicate hotel features and policies. Upsell services to enhance revenue while delivering excellent service.

Experience in hospitality and strong English communication are required; flexibility in shift timing is expected. The role emphasizes teamwork, professional demeanor, and adherence to safety and security procedures. Uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Prior Front Desk experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and communicate with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a sincere welcome.
• Input guest information and complete registration and check-out processes.
• Promote hotel services and upsell when appropriate to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Inform guests about rates, availability and hotel amenities.
• Balance cash and process payments per procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and standards and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Respond to guest complaints professionally and resolve issues when possible.
• Flexible work hours and adherence to uniform and appearance standards.
