Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests with a welcoming experience, guide them through promotions and the Target App, and assist with checkout and returns on a fast-moving, dynamic sales floor.

You will engage with guests across in-store and digital services, ensuring accuracy and friendly interactions while upholding store standards and safety guidelines. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and service skills.

• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, assist with finding items and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience, and thank guests at checkout.
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by explaining Target apps, loyalty programs, and current promos.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace, support peer teams, and adapt to business needs while complying with safety policies.
