Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to create an easy, inspiring shopping experience for guests. You will greet guests, identify needs, and help them navigate products and services while maintaining a friendly, efficient environment.

You will resolve guest questions quickly, assist with returns, and promote the Target App, loyalty programs, and Drive Up/Order Pick-Up options. This role requires adaptability and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Solid guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced, physically active work.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with needs to create a friendly shopping experience.
• Resolve guest concerns and process returns/exchanges following store policies.
• Guide guests on using pickup and Drive Up options and help enroll in loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist teammates as needed.
