Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with their needs, and promote Target’s services in a fast-paced store setting. You will greet customers, resolve questions, and help with returns, while maintaining a friendly, compliant store environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, work well in teams, and stay composed under busy conditions, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to master the Target experience and loyalty programs.
