Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome and assist guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient shopping experience. You will greet customers, help locate products, and resolve issues while promoting Target loyalty programs and services.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced store. With a focus on guest satisfaction, you will handle transactions, facilitate returns, and guide guests through digital tools like the Target App.
