Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests at 10ft and 4ft zones.
• Help guests find items, resolve issues, and complete transactions with accuracy.
• Promote store promos, loyalty programs, and app features to guests.
• Operate handheld scanners and tech devices; assist with drive-up and pickup orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work space and support peers as needed.
• Communicate politely, remain composed in a fast-paced setting, and thank guests after transactions.
