Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience in store settings. You will greet guests, help them locate products, resolve issues, and promote Target services such as Drive Up and Order Pick Up.

Applicants should be ready for a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and be flexible with shifts including nights and weekends. Training will cover product knowledge, safety, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and positive language when interacting with guests.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Attention to detail while prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to educate guests about products and services and engage around them.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and initiate a warm, helpful interaction at 4 ft / 10 ft.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End each guest interaction with a sincere thank you and friendly close.
• Support and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and assist with stock as needed.
• Explain and promote Target loyalty programs and in-store/digital services.
