Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to provide exceptional guest service in-store. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and resolve issues while maintaining a friendly and efficient shopping environment.

You will also promote loyalty programs and help guests use digital features such as the Target App and Wallet. Must be able to work with scanners and contribute to a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting.
