Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests with a welcoming experience and to promote Target's benefits and services in-store. You will greet customers, assist with questions, and use the Target App features to enhance shopping.

The role emphasizes fast-paced teamwork, flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, and a friendly, service-driven mindset. Training will cover how to assist withDrive Up, Order Pick Up, returns and loyalty enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests and assist with locating items or resolving issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and returns while upholding Target policies and safety standards.
