Job summary

Target is hiring for a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with checkout, and promote store services. You will help guests find items, explain features like Order Pickup and Drive Up, and resolve issues with a friendly, efficient approach.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and delivering a consistent guest experience across in-store and digital touchpoints. Training is provided to build product knowledge and service skills.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful interaction at 10ft/4ft.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard.
