Job summary

Regal in Indianapolis is seeking Floor Staff to assist guests across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will operate POS, process payments, upsell Premium Viewing options, sell tickets, and help guests find seating while maintaining a clean, safe theatre.

Qualifications

• Cast certification and progress toward cashier certification required.
• Good public speaking and listening skills expected.
• Ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly.
• Must follow training on harassment and discrimination policies.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: Operate POS, handle cash/cards, vouchers, and refunds.
• Box Office: Upsell Premium Viewing options and promote rewards program.
• Box Office: Assist guests and ensure ticket accuracy and seating.
• Concession: Operate POS, manage stock, and maintain cleanliness.
• Concession: Promote rewards program and ensure food safety compliance.
• Usher: Tear tickets, direct patrons to auditoriums, enforce MPAA rules.
• Usher: Monitor seating, assist guests, and maintain theater safety.
