• Previous cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive payment from Guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Adhere to established cash control policies and procedures.
• Advise Guest of waiting time and areas of the Venue.
• Prepare orders in a timely manner and complete them with garnish.
• Answer Guest questions and direct concerns to management.
• Seat Guests according to established procedures and operate seating system.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist in maintaining health, safety and sanitation standards.
